Housing Pathways Trust is a London almshouse charity with roots dating to the 17th century, providing low-cost, safe accommodation for people over 50 in need across 258 almshouses at 19 sites in London and Kent. In 2024/25 the Trust improved overall resident satisfaction to 89%, awarded £204,298 in grants to 18 organisations in West London, managed 244 allotment plots, and outsourced financial administration to strengthen governance. The Ealing and Brentford grants programme supports diverse community organisations addressing poverty, isolation and disadvantage.
