The Clink Charity trains prisoners in catering and horticulture through working restaurants and gardens inside UK prisons, and in 2025 opened a new Clink Cafe facility extending its model to young people at risk of custody through a 12-week entry-level hospitality course. Independent analysis found Clink graduates reoffend at a significantly lower rate than comparable prisoners, generating strong social returns.
