StepChange Impact Report 2025: How we helped people in 2025

StepChange's Impact Report 2025 sets out how the UK's largest debt advice charity helped people during 2025. The report records over 332,000 calls managed, more than 15,500 clients who became debt free, over 135,000 clients who reviewed their existing solutions, around 42,000 clients who set up a new debt solution and 2.4 million individual engagements across the charity's services, alongside its policy and partnerships work.
