Resonance's five Homelessness Property Funds use private social investment to purchase, refurbish and lease homes for people facing homelessness across England. In 2024-25, 2,324 people were housed including 965 children across 1,186 properties, managed by 10 housing partners. 59% of tenants reported improved mental health; 99.3% sustained tenancies for 6+ months; 77% of eligible tenants are employed or progressing towards work. Total capital raised since 2013: £361m. Estimated SROI: £18.5m per £10m invested over 10 years.
