Papworth Trust is a disability charity based in the East of England, providing supported housing, employment support, care and day opportunities to disabled people. In 2024/25 the Trust supported 636 customers towards and into employment, with 299 achieving paid work, and managed 672 homes across the region. Day Opportunities delivered 58,466 sessions and care services provided 156,388 hours of support. The Routeways to Work programme — entirely fundraising-funded — supported 55 participants, with significant improvements in confidence, wellbeing and mental health. Staff satisfaction rose to 86%, the £1.28m Warm Homes grant was secured, and 76 organisations were helped to become Disability Confident. All CQC-regulated services are rated Good or Outstanding.
