Youth Sport Trust Impact Report 2025

The Youth Sport Trust is a national children's charity founded in 1995, working to ensure every child benefits from PE, sport and play. In 2024/25 its national programmes reached 2,254,331 young people and its targeted interventions reached a further 201,263, with 15,791 practitioners trained — a 70% increase year on year. Key achievements include 90% of English schools with KS2/3 provision now offering equal girls' football access, the launch of Inclusion 2028 for SEND pupils, and 9,462 schools achieving a School Games Mark. The charity also secured government commitments on new PE and School Sport Partnerships and a Prime Ministerial announcement on school sport during National School Sports Week.
