Northampton Saints Foundation uses the values of rugby and the power of sport to inspire, support and educate young people and communities across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. In 2024/25, the Foundation engaged 6,744 participants across 37,357 hours of activity, generating £3.9 million in social value. Programmes span education, social inclusion through Engage hubs, 16+ employability, the Saints Inside prison programme, a Memory Café, and the Heritage Lottery-funded Black, Green and Golden Age project celebrating the club's history.
