Sussex Cricket Foundation uses cricket to grow participation, promote inclusion and improve wellbeing across Sussex. In 2025, 22,084 unique participants took part across 4,370+ sessions. The Sussex VI Sharks completed a historic Double in disability cricket; Liam O'Brien and Alfie Pyle featured in England's pan-disability series win vs India. The Foundation achieved ECB 'Ready to Invest' status. Breaking Boundaries — a landmark secondary school programme — launched in November 2025, creating 8 state school hubs over four years. All Stars and Dynamos saw record female participation (up 28%).
