In 2024-25, 3.3 million calls for help were answered; Prison Listeners provided peer support over 46,000 times; the online chat service saw 11% increased demand; STEP workplace training generated over £1m for the first time (600+ courses, 6,000 participants); and the TCS London Marathon Official Charity of the Year status raised £1.1m. Total income was £27.5m; expenditure £28m. A new Listening Centre digital platform was rolled out to 100% of UK branches.
