Port Vale Foundation is the official charity of Port Vale FC, delivering over 35 community programmes in Burslem and across Stoke-on-Trent. Their 2024/25 impact report — the second year of Evid Impact longitudinal measurement — covers 5,927 participants, strong personal wellbeing outcomes above national averages, and a remarkably broad programme portfolio from baby bank to dementia choir. October 2025 saw the launch of their new One Vale strategy for 2025–2028.

  • 92% of supporters had a very/fairly strong sense of belonging — 37% above national average; 98% of supporters felt being a Port Vale fan was positive for their sense of community; One Vale strategy 2025–2028 launched October 2025 with extensive community co-design
