Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity completed 1,167 missions in 2023, a 10.6% increase on the previous year, including a record 328 with doctors on board. The crew delivered 36 blood transfusions and 45 pre-hospital anaesthetics. Emergency Awareness Training reached pupils at 73 schools. Total income was £8.94m — boosted by £5.25m in legacy donations — against expenditure of £5.28m for the year ending 31 December 2023.
