Annual Review 2024-2025

The Together Trust is one of the North West's leading disability, education and care charities, based in Greater Manchester. For over 150 years it has championed and cared for people with disabilities, autism and complex health needs, as well as children in care and care-experienced people. In 2024/25 the Trust supported over 3,100 children, young people, adults and families, operated specialist schools and residential homes, ran fostering services, and campaigned nationally on SEND transitions policy.
