The Stroke Association is the only UK-wide charity providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families. In 2024/25 the charity reached over 66,000 people through its support services, with nearly 38,000 receiving personalised support from local Stroke Support Coordinators, and the Helpline handling around 15,000 enquiries. Total income rose to a record £44.4 million, supported by the charity's best-ever fundraising year of £31.4 million, and £2.4 million was invested in new stroke research awards.
