Delivers the Spear Programme, an executive-style coaching programme for 16-24 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEET), through local Spear Centres run in partnership with churches, combining group and 1:1 coaching, mock interviews, and follow-on support of up to a year alongside employer partnerships.
