Royal Star & Garter is a UK charity founded in 1916 providing specialist nursing, dementia and therapeutic care to veterans and their partners living with disability or dementia. Across Homes in Surbiton, Solihull and High Wycombe, the charity supported 515 veterans and partners in 2024, delivering 31,800 wellbeing sessions and 8,700 group physiotherapy attendances. It also ran a free Telephone Friendship Service and Day Care and Lunch Clubs for veterans living in the community, and completed a merger with Care for Veterans in early 2025.
