Rowcroft Hospice provides specialist palliative care free of charge to adults with life-limiting illness across 300 square miles of South Devon. In 2020-21, 2,941 referrals were received; 2,137 patients and family members were supported; 6,801 face-to-face consultations were carried out; 528 Hospice at Home referrals enabled patients to spend their final days at home; and 400 health professionals attended education events. Over 80% of patients were cared for at home as per their wishes. CQC rated Outstanding.
