Our Impact – Annual Client Survey 2025

Reading Mencap supports adults with learning disabilities and their family carers across Reading. Its 2025 annual survey found 100% of service users reported improved lives, with 471 people supported overall. Family Advisers nearly doubled their reach to 317 clients across 2,832 contacts, and a new energy advice project reached 211 clients. The 4ME Activities Day Service received 100% positive ratings from both users and carers.
