North West Air Ambulance Charity attended 3,371 call-outs in 2024-25, a 6.4% increase, treating 1,652 patients across the North West. Blood is now carried on all aircraft and critical care cars, and the night car service expanded to seven nights a week. Patients treated at night rose 84.6% year-on-year. A new five-year strategy was launched and patient aftercare was embedded across all six regional major trauma centres. Income was £15.6m and expenditure £16.1m.
