Mind is one of the leading mental health charities in England and Wales, working to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone. In 2024/25 the charity responded to 116,000 helpline queries, saw mental health information accessed 22 million times, and distributed 865,000 printed resources. Local Minds supported 664,346 people, and the workplace programme reached 613 employers and over 450,000 staff. Mind launched The Big Mental Health Report — a groundbreaking annual overview planned for the next 8 years — participated in the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, and played a key role in securing mental health commitments in NHS England's plans. The Mind app library launched with ORCHA, receiving 300,000 views. The charity had 35,373 campaigners and 162,831 supporters at year end.
