MCR Pathways is an award-winning national mentoring programme supporting care-experienced and disadvantaged young people aged 10-18 across Scotland and England. Their 2024 annual report records 7,174 young people supported, 5,734 active mentoring relationships, and 93% of leavers progressing to positive destinations.
