Annual Report 2023/24

The British Science Association is a registered charity, founded in 1831, with a mission to transform the diversity and inclusivity of science by connecting people with science in ways that have a lasting positive impact. In 2023/24, the Association delivered British Science Week to 2.6 million participants, supported CREST Awards across all age groups from 3 to 19, and backed approximately 40 science festivals through its UK Science Festival Network. Total income was £4.77 million, with the majority from government grants and charitable activities.
