About

Guided by its Getting Norfolk Moving strategy, Active Norfolk works across the county to make physical activity part of everyday life. In schools it runs the Norfolk School Games, Creating Active Schools and Active Travel, helping pupils walk, wheel, scoot and cycle more. Its inclusion work includes Get Out Get Active and support for Special Olympics, alongside Active Now, All To Play For, DRAGONs and Age Active for healthy ageing. A Sport Welfare Officer and the Safer Hub help local clubs strengthen safeguarding, and insight from the Active Lives Survey shapes where the partnership focuses next.
